Students at the Vienna BioCenter PhD Program are supervised by leading scientists and have full access to state-of-the-art facilities. The Vienna BioCenter Campus is extremely dynamic and highly multidisciplinary with research areas ranging from molecules to populations.

The Vienna BioCenter PhD Program, a Doctoral school of the University of Vienna and Medical University of Vienna in collaboration with the Gregor Mendel Institute (GMI) and Institute of Molecular Biotechnology (IMBA) of the Austrian Academy of Science, Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) and the Max Perutz Labs.

The aim of this series of seminars, all given in English and mainly addressed to students of the BSc and of the MSc in Biotechnology, is to introduce the various Biotech companies in ourarea. It will be an interesting opportunity to discuss the prospects of the biotech sector in Italy with the various speakers. The seminars will be held remotely by the Microsoft Teams platform. Students who attend all three seminars and produce a report of at least 12,000 characters(4000 for each seminar, in English for students of the MSc in Biotechnology and in Italian for students of Biotecnologie), will be awarded 1 CFU.
