The Università degli studi di Roma “Tor Vergata” is pleased to invite you to the Orienteering & Pic nic event organized by the Welcome Office in cooperation with the Botanic Garden.
Orienteering is an exciting outdoor sport that involves walking or running whilst navigating around a course using a detailed map and sometimes a compass. The aim is to navigate in sequence between a set of control points and decide the best route to complete the course in the quickest time.
The Orienteering event will take place at the Botanic Garden of the University of Rome Tor Vergata , on a surface of approximately 82 hectares, which makes it the biggest university Botanic Garden in Europe.
At the end of the event, the botanic garden is happy to offer to all participants a homemade healthy meal.
Feel free to bring drinks and other food as you please.
The event will take place on Thursday, May 10th at 10 am.
